On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Mongolian railway, more than 50 engineers and technicians of the locomotive depot of the Ulaanbaatar railway have successfully assembled
a new "Two Zagal-006" model diesel train. The train was presented to its machinist on Wednesday.This train has many advantages compared to the previously assembled "Two Zagal" model. Capacities of the train's fuel and sand tanks have been increased in order to travel 800 kilometers without stopping to make inspection. The train has a capacity of travelling in the Ulaanbaatar- Sukhbaatar - Ulaanbaatar, Ulaanbaatar -Zamyn-Uud and Ulaanbaatar-Baganuur-Ulaanbaatar routes not demanding extra fuel and sand. The train is also programmed under a renovated program in accordance with peculiarities of Mongolia's weather. The train presenting ceremony was attended by the Ulaanbaatar Railway Authority's officials. Some engineers and technicians, who worked creatively to assemble the train, were awarded with the order ''Foremost employee of the railway'' and money prizes. The Ulaanbaatar Railway plans to install engines in the "Two Zagal-007" and "2М62М-041" model trains. B.Bolortuya /MONTSAME/.
